We also help our people to develop their expertise through professional study courses and qualifications offered by the Chartered Insurance Institute. All of our customer-facing staff hold the Insurance Foundation Certificate (IFC).
Further, we are proud to have attained the Investor in People (IIP) accredition in August 2004 in recognition of our commitment to the training and development of all our people.
