We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA), which is the regulator for our general insurance business. We are also members of the British Insurance Brokers' Association and the Institute of Insurance Brokers (IIB).

To help our clients, and to hone our team's professional edge, we run a permanent, structured training and compliance programme for everyone in the company. We supplement this full-time resource with outside suppliers when the need arises. We also help our people to develop their expertise through professional study courses and qualifications offered by the Chartered Insurance Institute. All of our customer-facing staff hold the Insurance Foundation Certificate (IFC). Further, we are proud to have attained the Investor in People (IIP) accredition in August 2004 in recognition of our commitment to the training and development of all our people.
