Explanations of cover you may requireEvent Security Public Liability InsuranceFor example, if you are working at a Festival and you were ejecting someone for being disruptive and aggressive and they were injured in the process of removing them from the site, public liability insurance will cover the compensation payments as well as any legal expenses.
Event Security Employers Liability InsuranceThis Insurance is required by law and provides cover for Legal Liability in respect of death, bodily injury or disease to any employee which may arise during the course of his or her employment.
Wrongful ArrestUnder this Section, cover is provided for all sums which your company may be legally liable to pay as damages in respect of Wrongful Arrest committed or alleged to have been committed by your company or any person employed by you or on your behalf.
Efficacy and Contractual LiabilityThis Insurance will grant indemnity for your Legal Liability in respect of bodily injury to any person (other than an employee) and/or loss or damage to property arising out of failure to carry out the duties which you have contracted to perform, including the deliberate acts, wilful default or neglect by your company or your employees or servants. This Section will not provide indemnity for any claim resulting from fraud, dishonesty or embezzlement - this needs to be covered under the Fidelity Guarantee Insurance.
Loss of Keys/Consequential Loss following Loss of KeysThis Insurance provides Indemnity against all sums which your Company may be legally liable to pay in the event of Loss of Keys, necessitating the replacement or alteration of locks. The Insurance also grants indemnity against all sums payable in respect of consequential Loss arising out of the Loss of Keys.
Financial Loss (Including Products)Indemnifies a company subject to legal liability for financial loss (not in respect of, or as a consequence of bodily injury or damage to property) incurred by others, for claims made against the company during the period of insurance. The standard limit of indemnity is £250,000, with higher limits available upon request.
Fidelity BondingIs a form of protection that covers policyholders for losses that they incur as a result of fraudulent acts by specified individuals. It usually insures a business for losses caused by the dishonest acts of its employees.
Professional Indemnity Insurance For Event SecurityEvent Security Insurance cover offers protection for you against any advice or design input you give that causes a person or company to sustain a loss.
