Trainee Insurance professionals

Do you want a career and not just a job? BJP are seeking several people to join our Insurance trainee program. Initially you will join our new ‘SPIRIT’ team. Your duties will involve a set amount of training each day, both on your own and with other staff members. In addition you will be expected to undertake a degree of lead building during your training period. A good telephone manner is essential in this position. You will be expected to continue your training until you have qualified to at least Cert CII level. Throughout the training process you will be given support and guidance. Once you have achieved some initial qualifications, you will be expected to undertake the sale of commercial insurance products over the telephone. Training will continue with BJP until you achieve the status of Sales Executive and undertake visits to prospective clients, or transfer to one of the companies account handling teams looking after our existing clients.  Competitive salary reviewed monthly with the opportunity to earn bonus immediately.  Prospective applicants should send a CV to vacancies@bjpinsure.com or telephone 0118 979 2121

Telemarketers

BJP are looking to enlarge its team of telemarketing professionals. We require a full time and some part time staff to telephone prospect lists to arrange appointments for our sales staff. This is a permanent position and could involve moving into other areas of our business.
